Returns & Exchange
At All Essentials, we hold our esteemed customers in high value. We ensure that all our products fulfil the highest quality standards while meeting all industry guidelines. Therefore, we make sure that all our products pass a quality check test by the QA team before they are dispatched to you.
In case of any returns, please refer to our return and exchange policy below:
We take returns only in the following cases:
- Item is Defective (Please attach opening video and relevant pictures in reply)
- Wrong Item is Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
In case of a defective item: Please make all valid return requests along with an UNBOXING video within 24 hours of receiving the product by dropping us an email at infoallessential@gmail.com. We will provide you with a refund or an exchange product, as per your request.
Once we will receive the return product, we will dispatch the new product within 2 working days.
In case of a wrong item: You can raise the exchange query with us via email or WhatsApp at +91 8209411064 within 24 hours of order delivery. We will provide you with a new item after receiving the original product.
Please Note: NO return/refund request will be accepted after 3 days of receiving the product. There will be no return consideration for any other purpose except the ones mentioned above.
We have a 3 day return Policy.
Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount would be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
